Participants are responsible for their own lodging. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Clayton.

Hotel Shuttle to Washington University Campus
During the Symposium, shuttle service is provided by the hotel for free to transport participants from the hotel to WashU’s campus and back. For scheduling purposes, we recommend that participants review the Symposium Schedule for details on recommended pick-up/drop-off times for the Shuttle.

Dining
Breakfast on Friday and Saturday is covered in the cost of the hotel.
All meals during the Symposium will be provided by host site, with the exception of Friday night dinner.

  • Board the light rail train (MetroLink) headed toward the Forest Park-DeBaliviere station.
  • Exit at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere station and board the next train headed for Shrewsbury.
  • Take this train either one or two stops to the Skinker station or the University City-Big Bend station.
